Initiate Your Return
Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship Items Back
Send your return to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
